Like Minnesota's stately black bear, the DNA of this Imperial IPA is both graceful and assertive; a balanced Midwest take on the Imperial IPAs of the Northwest.⁠⁠Fermented with a clean West Coast ale yeast and heavily dry hopped with Simcoe and Talus, this high-octane IPA contains a delicate synergy of flavors including grapefruit, pine resin, floral, & citrus rind. The addition of Mosaic hop extract presents just enough bitterness to balance the massive malt bill used in this 9% IPA.⁠⁠
