From our rustic-style garage room to our eclectic and industrial former brew house – we have a space that feels like home if your home was a converted 1930s textile warehouse.
Located in the North Loop, Minneapolis’ hottest neighborhood, a canvas of white brick walls, concrete floors, and café lights set the casual brewery vibe for corporate events, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, class reunions, birthday parties, and baby showers. Guests will enjoy 20 different beers on tap, and a variety of hard seltzer and THC beverages paired with our in-house catering featuring American-style grazing nacho bars, slider trays, charcuterie, and more.

This space’s call to fame is its warm, cabin-like ambiance with an urban flare. The Garagery is perfect for more intimate gatherings - like watch parties, corporate happy hours, baby showers, and more. We can completely close the garage door, making this an even more private space if that’s what you’re into.
The Brew Room

The Brew Room is cool because it’s where we used to brew all our beer once upon a time. Now, it adds a unique beer hall vibe to the space. The Brew Room is more of an industrial-warehouse-style area, with the ability to open up its garage doors to our patio. Here, folks have the freedom to bring their own entertainment, as well as microphone access and private bar service.
The Entire Taproom

The best of both worlds! When you rent the entire taproom, not only are you our #1 priority for the day, you get access to EVERYTHING. Have a sick playlist your aspiring DJ friend made? Hand it over. Want to plan an activity? Need space for a stage? Let’s do it. By renting the entire space, you can make it as customizable as your heart desires. Ideal for things like post-rehearsals, folks looking for a patio at their party, weddings, receptions, and more. This is your space for the day, use it as you please.

RULES & REGS
Secure Your Date
To secure the date and space there is a $250 Rental Fee that is subject to tax.
Parking
When you choose downtown you also choose the downtown experience, which means parking can suck. However, there is always metered parking available and we’re within a mile of seven bus lines and two light rail lines.

*In The Garagery space only* everything must be under one tab but can be paid for with multiple cards
Minimums
Event Minimums are the required spend on any and all food, beverage, and merchandise at the event.
Minimums can be fulfilled through our in-house catering, beer, THC drinks, dessert catering, NA beverages, gift cards, or merchandise.
AV
Chromecast to television: included with all rental options.
Wireless microphone: included with Brew Room and full buyout.
Patio Seating
2 tables: $75/hour.
4 tables: $150/hour.
*For larger patio requests please ask.
*Only available with Brew Room rental or full buyout.
General
Dogs are only allowed on the patio. If the patio is not included with your rental option, please leave them at home.
Kids and underage folk are allowed, we just ask that children are watched over and underage folk don’t try to disrespect the law.
Must show valid ID for alcoholic and THC beverages.
Nonprofit discounts are available. Please ask for details.
We do not associate with political campaign parties.
Patio-only rentals are unavailable due to the unpredictable nature of Minnesota weather.
Keg purchases are a no. Dictating what people do or don’t choose to drink is also a no. All beverages on tap are available to guests that are of the legal age.
