Mosaic hops take center stage in this award-winning aromatic West Coast-style IPA.  A hint of light-caramel malt marries berry, citrus, stone and tropical fruit flavors. It’s known for this trendy hop varietal to pop. The blend of hops used in the kettle further develops the flavor complexity, while the dry hop is 100% Mosaic in order to highlight the beautiful flavors and aromas this hop provides. Heavy is the crown of this crisp and clean trophy 7% IPA.

This beer was voted the #1 American IPA in Minnesota by the Minnesota Craft Brewer’s Guild in 2023.
